Contribution to Strategic Plans / Organizational Policy
Contribute expertise to the development of organizational strategy and policy. Advise MT on strategic HR matters.
Provide advice and support to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Inform, apply, explain, and execute HR policies and procedures.
Address HR-related queries.
People and Culture
Promote company policies and culture throughout the organization.
Support talent development and succession planning with department managers.
Develop and implement training programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture.
Develop, implement, and monitor employee engagement initiatives.
Recruitment
Lead recruitment process
HR Tools and Systems
Be part of the global digitalization with the implementation of HR modules in Success Factors.
Optimize HR processes and systems.
Ensure accurate and efficient HR administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with and support the Works Council.
Program and Project Management
Initiate and participate in local and global projects.
Leadership & HR Analytics
Provide with relevant HR report or HR KPIs as per the BU and Group’s expectations.
Handle personnel matters such as time reporting, leave, and absence.
Manage onboarding and offboarding
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
Education / Work Level
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree level
Degree in HRM / Business Administration
Several years of experience in a similar role
Empathetic, problem-solving oriented, pragmatic, open-minded, proactive, people-oriented
Strong command of the Dutch and English Language
