Are you a bilingual (Dutch and English) problem-solver with a passion for logistics? We are looking for a resilient customer service representative to join an international team. In this front-office role, you are the vital link between operations and cliënts. You won’t just process orders: you will dive deep into inquiries, resolve complex issues and suggest structural improvements to management.

who are you

As a customer service representative, you will be the reliable heart of our customer service, handling everything from daily questions to complex puzzles for global cliënts. You are a proactive and disciplined professional who thrives in a multicultural environment and stays calm under pressure to reach every goal.

  • Resilient: Calm and effective under pressure.
  • People person: Strong social and connecting skills.
  • Minimum Required Experience: 3+ years of Operations experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English.

what will you do

As a customer service representative, you are the go to person for our cliënts. You will be a professional problem solver: one moment you are processing orders, and the next you are diving into a complex puzzle to help a customer out. You will use your Dutch and English skills daily via phone and mail, keep everything organized and even brainstorm with management on how to do things better. It is a fast paced, hands on role where you truly make an impact! The standard working shifts are 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM, and 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
