What are your responsibilities?
The Controller is the liaison with both the head office and the SSC in Germany. You represent the Dutch business and take care of the analyses and reporting. With these reports you support the management to make the right decisions to further grow the organization.
You analyze both financial figures and various other data of the organization and keep a close eye on shifts in the market.
- Support of the Finance & Controlling Manager based in Germany
- Preparation of periodic analyses and reporting;
- Collecting data from the Dutch organization, such as cost drivers and product calculations;
- Monitoring and controlling of stock balances, movements and losses;
- Preparation of customer analyses and forecasts;
- Contribute to the monthly budget and the annual planning.

What are they looking for?
For this role we are looking for a communicative self-starter. A numerical enthusiast who is able to analyze and get a good picture of the needs of the Dutch organization. But also someone who, in conjunction with the Manager Finance & Control in Germany, can ensure that the HQ is fully aware of how the business is going. Someone who focuses on both financial figures and business data to make analyses and advise. In relation to your background, you tick the following boxes:
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Experience in a (financial or business) controlling position;
- Good communication skills in English
- You have a good sense of responsibility and have the discipline to organize your own day;
- Good system knowledge, where Excel is essential and experience with ERP would be perfect.
