What You’ll Do as an Administrative Metering Assistant
Do you get energized by projects where you are responsible for accurate financial administration? Then this position is for you!
The Metering department is responsible for installing electricity, gas, heat, and water measurement equipment for a variety of clients in terms of the size and complexity of the requested solution. As a project assistant, you’ll work in the customer service team. The support team consists of 6 colleagues, and the Customer Service department has about 12 colleagues.
You’ll perform less clearly defined administrative work for different accounts, requiring the application of existing knowledge. You understand the purpose of the procedures and know how to act within the procedures’ bandwidth if necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Prepare project invoices
- Subscriptions: Set up the subscription module
- New Assignments: Organize new assignments financially
- Customer Portal: Create and configure a customer portal
- Client Contact: Communicate with clients about invoices and the customer portal
- Queries: Respond to client inquiries (by phone and email)
- Quotations: Prepare quotations
- Reports: Prepare client reports
- Assignment Processing: Process new assignments (CRM, internal workflow system) in colleagues’ absence
